  • Where is my order?
    All shipping inquiries, prior to the 12 business days being passed, need to be directed to USPS. Please, do NOT email me directly regarding where your order is until 12 business days have passed. *Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, I ship worldwide! It just may be a little pricey, as I do not offer free shipping for international orders.
  • Do you accept order cancellations?
    I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
  • Do you do commissions?
    Yes! I do offer custom artwork. Email me at alexhagertyarts@gmail.com or fill out a contact form HERE.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Sorry, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Are your stickers waterproof?
    Yes, all of the stickers in my shop are extremely durable weatherproof vinyl with a matte laminate coating and are 100% water, sun, and dishwasher safe.
  • International Shipping
    I do not offer free shipping for international orders. If you place multiple orders, I cannot refund additional shipping costs due to the additional items purchased increasing the weight of packages. I am not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost (since, the shipping label was already processed through the post). Keep in mind that customs processes differ for every country. Some take longer than others. It may take a month or more to reach its final destination (if traveling internationally).
  • Shipping + Return Policies
    Orders will be processed within 12 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. (this means I have up to 12 business days to package your order, THEN it will be shipped) Please keep in mind that every order is unique and has different items/quantities. If one customer receives their order before yours, it may be due to the contents of items in your order. Please be assured that all items will still be shipped within the 12 business day time frame. If you do not receive tracking information after the 12th business day, then please contact me. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS so they can best serve you. I don't offer cancellations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. Please triple check your sizes and addresses! *Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.
